It was decided in 1996 that new construction was going to be regarded the specialty designation it deserved. We no longer pursued the more is better philosophy and turned instead toward the theory of "it is not the quantity of homes built, but the quality". We began formulating the idea of the holistic approach which you will read about frequently here. It has served us well by producing a functional well built product from all aspects.

Many companies have a 'one style fits all' depending on what is selling at the time. We believe that only the 'your style fits you' philosophy is a much better approach. In the challenging times we are in regarding housing and related issues it has never been more important to make sure that what you want to build for your home is ready to last the test of time. A home will always be our biggest investment.
